2.2 Jurisdiction

2.3 Legal Capacity

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access taya36's gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly when circumstances change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) taya36 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. taya36 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and recover any funds or bonuses obtained through multiple account registrations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya36 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Log out of your account after each session on shared or public devices;

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restrictions on withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taya36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). taya36 does not accept deposits made using funds belonging to third parties.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on taya36 is ₱50. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. taya36 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with taya36's standard operating procedures. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during regular operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. taya36 may require verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

taya36 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. taya36 reserves the right to suspend transactions, request documentation, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate regulatory authorities in accordance with Philippine law. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal in accordance with taya36's standard wagering conditions, independent of any bonus wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by taya36 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time each promotion is offered. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency relating to that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

taya36 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intent, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on taya36 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by reputable third-party gaming providers including JILI and PG Soft, among others. The outcome of each game event is determined independently and cannot be influenced by taya36 or any player through any means other than legitimate gameplay.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection that affects a game outcome, taya36 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed during the affected period. taya36 will make reasonable efforts to communicate such events to affected players through available channels.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a game result or transaction, you must contact taya36 support within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event. taya36 will investigate the dispute in good faith and provide a written response. All decisions by taya36 on gameplay disputes are final once the investigation process has been completed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya36 platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with taya36's games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any game or platform feature;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity;
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward taya36 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with taya36's software or systems.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by taya36

taya36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk;
• The account has been used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The account holder is under the age of 21.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your taya36 account at any time by contacting taya36 support. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

taya36 offers a voluntary self-exclusion program for players who wish to restrict their access to the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day. During a self-exclusion period, taya36 will make reasonable efforts to prevent access, but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of access. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, taya36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or goodwill.

taya36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit taya36's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

taya36 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at taya36.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

By registering a taya36 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and improvement of taya36's services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya36 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game software, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive property of taya36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any taya36 content without prior written consent from taya36. Unauthorized use of taya36's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through taya36's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to limit or exclude any right that you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation.
